Pet and Horse Health Live is proud to announce Doctor Jeffrey D. Moss, DVM as a professional contributor to our blog.  Dr. Moss is the owner of Temecula Creek Equine Veterinary and is passionate about the horses he cares for.  Dr. Moss has agreed to provide periodic articles on equine health and concerns.  We are so excited to have him join us.

Here is a bit about Dr. Moss:

Dr. Moss grew up always wanting to be a veterinarian and he would tell anyone who would listen.  He and his brothers would have many hours of discussion about animal anatomy and grew up as a member of the 4H and FFA.  During that time he raised hogs and calves, influenced by his father, who was an FFA advisor at San Pasqual High School in Escondido, California.

Dr. Moss graduated from UC Davis Veterinary school in 2005 after finishing his undergraduate studies from Cal Poly Pamona.

Dr. Moss participates as a guest lecturer at many clubs and schools and also donates his time to equine rescue organizations.  Most importantly in his life, Dr. Moss has a beautiful wife and three children.
